 Your Hudson River Adventure begins at the Newburgh Landing in Newburgh, NY. Your Captain will
present a narration of the sights along the River including Mt. Beacon, Bannerman Island, Storm King
Mountain, Breakneck Mountain, The Catskill Aqueduct, World's End, Cold Spring, and West Point.
All departures from Newburgh Landing; Newburgh, NY. Rain or Shine. Call to confirm schedule. Above schedule is subject to change to accommodate charters. Cruises may be canceled if passenger requirement is not reached. A fully stocked bar and light snacks are available.
2010 Bannerman Island Cruise Tours aboard the Pride Of The Hudson
Your Bannerman Island Cruise Tour begins at the Newburgh Landing in Newburgh N.Y.Then South to what is described as "One of the most beautiful sights on the Hudson River." Bannerman Castle rises from the North side of Pollepel Island like a medieval fantasy. A Bannerman Castle Trust volunteer will present a recorded 40 minute lecture about the castle as you get close to the island. They will also be available for questions. This cruise does not stop on the island, however, a short video takes you on a tour of the Bannerman Castle. A portion of your admission is donated to the Bannerman Castle Trust, Inc. for preservation and restoration efforts. The Pride of the Hudson boat-only tours are available on the following dates:
Sunday, August 15: Departs 5 pm Returns 7pm
Sunday, September 19: Departs 4pm - Returns 6pm
Saturday, October 30: Departs 1pm- Returns 3pm
2010 Sunset Cruises
Join us for a Sunset Cruise aboard the Pride of the Hudson. Watch the sun as it sets glistening on the Hudson River, while enjoying specialty cocktails and laid back music. You will feel as if you are in the Caribbean relaxing on a lavish cruise with daiquiri in hand. Selected Saturdays. Please refer to our calendar for full schedule and availability.
Student Cruises
Since our maiden voyage, we have welcomed hundreds of school groups
aboard, from kindergardener to high school age. Our trips provide a
safe, interactive, and educational alternative to the standard
classroom setting. We work with educators to tailor this cruise to
age or grade appropriate studies. After the work is over, the
students get to enjoy the sounds and sites of a trip through the
Hudson Highlands. Cruise times are scheduled to accommodate your
school day.
Scout Groups
Badge programs are available for scouts groups. Certificate programs
